1. Storytelling with an Animal Guest: Be a part of the story as you give the ideas to our story teller! Stories are based on the Guest Animal of the night. The story teller has to work in all of the parts while the guest animal is allowed to roam within the audience circle. Hold on for funny and harrowing tales… or is it tails! Then it’s the audience’s turn to give it a try! 2. Writer’s Workshop: Create a story featuring your favorite Recycled Earth animal! Each month will have a theme. Stories will be voted on during Open House days. Favorite stories will be compiled into a Recycled Earth storybook. The completion of 1st grade is recommended. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in writing their own stories as well! 3. Reading Rabbits:  Do you have a child that doesn’t like to read? Bring them to the farm and let them read to a rabbit! Rabbits are good listeners and they don’t judge anyone by how well they read. They are quiet companions that enjoy good stories (and snacks). Help relieve your child’s reading stress and give them something to look forward to! 4. Tutoring:  Tutoring is by appointment only. All subjects and grades can be accommodated. Test preparation can also be arranged (SAT, GED, etc.). Fees increase with difficulty of content. Standard tutoring rate for grades 1-6 is $20 per hour. Animal interaction can be utilized as a positive behavior reward or as bribery to complete a lesson/assignment. Contact Recycled Earth to make an appointment or to ask for additional pricing. *All activities take place under the cover of the barn, but please dress for the outdoor temperature. Events will be suspended during the coldest of months, typically December through February.
